History

En 1958, Moisés Carballo y su reciente esposa Elvira Guidotti, compraron una pequeña fábrica de helados a un inmigrante balear, de la localidad mallorquí de Manacor, que deseaba retirarse y le enseñó el maravilloso oficio al que dedicó su vida. Trabajaron arduamente. A través del tiempo, la familia creció hasta llegar a nueve miembros, con el nacimiento de cinco hijos y dos hijas. Todos ellos se incorporaron al negocio familiar a corta edad. Con la ayuda de su familia, el pequeño primer negocio de Moisés Carballo se convirtió en una empresa pujante que nos enorgullece, modelo en nuestra región.

In 1958, Moisés Carballo and Elvira Guidotti were recently married. They bought a little ice cream factory from a Spanish immigrant who wanted to retire. They worked very hard. Along the time, the family became a nine-member one as five sons and two daughters were born. All the new members were incorporated at an early age to the family business. With the support of his family, the first small business of Moisés Carballo turned into a growing enterprise that today is a regional model we are proud of.
